Multi Hitech showcases high-precision tooling for label presses at Pamex

At Pamex 2026, Multi Hitech is presenting its range of print and magnetic rollers. The company’s display focuses on essential components for label machines, including print rollers, magnetic rollers, sheeting rollers, and anvil rollers. A key highlight of their exhibit is the specialised tooling designed for the Label Master 440.

According to Sidhant Garg, co-owner of Multi Hitech, the company possesses the technical capability to manufacture print cylinders up to two meters in length, catering to a wide range of press configurations.

The core competitive advantage of Multi Hitech lies in its manufacturing tolerances. Garg emphasised that the company operates with an accuracy of 2 to 3 microns. To put this into perspective, he noted that a human hair typically measures between 50 and 60 microns, making its manufacturing deviation almost negligible. This level of precision is critical for maintaining consistent print quality and registration in high-speed label production.

Reporting on the event’s progress, Garg noted that the Maharashtra region continues to be a vital market for the company, providing a high concentration of key clientele.
