The 57th edition of Media Expo Mumbai will take place from 9–11 April 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, bringing together brands, solution providers and creative professionals from the indoor and outdoor advertising and signage industry.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt, the exhibition will showcase emerging technologies and applications across signage, large-format printing and visual communication. The 2026 edition places a sharper focus on digital signage and POP/POSM solutions, reflecting the industry’s shift toward application-driven and technology-enabled communication across retail, branding and out-of-home segments.
The outdoor advertising sector in India continues to expand. According to Grand View Research, the country’s billboard and outdoor advertising market generated revenues of USD 576.3-million in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 1,075.5-million by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 8.2%. Commercial buildings remain a major revenue-generating segment, as brands increasingly invest in digital displays and branding installations.
Raj Manek, executive director and board member at Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings, said the sector is at a turning point as businesses adopt digital transformation and sustainable solutions. “The industry has expanded the scope of signage applications across sectors, from advanced digital signage to innovative interior and exterior decor formats,” he said.
Spread across approximately 15,000-sqm of exhibition space, Media Expo Mumbai 2026 will feature more than 140 exhibitors displaying over 350 products from nearly 250 brands.
The exhibition will highlight developments across digital signage and LED display systems, POP/POSM fabrication materials, large-format printing machinery, and sign-making and fabrication equipment. These segments are witnessing increased demand as brands invest in immersive and high-impact visual communication solutions.
