AR 750 Contact

The most sold Ace-Elecrostatic web cleaner AR 750 Contact will be seen with a new feature – a tool-less replacement of both pre-perforated adhesive and rubber rollers. The USP: sturdy one piece body. Acme Rolltech started the production of made in India ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves in March 2019. Acme says for new-age printing presses, it has developed customised cell structure for high deposition of white inks/ screen type printing effects.

 

 BöttcherFlex

Böttcher | Hall 11, Stall B50

The company’s new BöttcherFlex cleans printing plates and anilox rollers. Also on the Böttcher stand will be products for direct laser engraving sleeves and rubber plates. Böttcher will also offer special rubber tubes and sleeves for tinting and coating of various substrates.

Convertech will introduce its latest in the Sureprint range of doctor blades. The Sureprint 1000 is position between its carbon steel blades and excel pro long-life blade, and is best suited for demanding print requirements that need just that little bit "extra" at a competitive price, claimed the company


TruPoint Orange

Flexo Concept | Hall 7, Stall A27

TruPoint Orange, a plastic doctor blade, will continue to be Flexo Concept’s star product at the stand. Six OEMs will be running this blade at the show on more than 20 machines. The company’s claims more than 1,000 companies are running this blade on a global basis.


PTS25

Re | Hall 9, Stall C36

On the Re stand will be a new colour line sensor PTS25. This is designed to identify the position of solid lines, broken lines, web edges and patterns of any kind on a moving web even at high web speeds. The PTS25 is equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen, two LED lights and a viewing area of 25x16mm.

 

Stroboscope

The company has added a new stroboscope to its portfolio with a length of 1,000m, capable of lighting up very large inspection surfaces with high performance LEDs. Also, Rheintacho's hybrid print inspection system enables to inspect under standard as well as UV light.
