Labelexpo 2024: Chiripal reaffirms growth in the labelling industry

Chiripal Poly Films has announced that it has secured about 10 new customers at Labelexpo India 2024.

Chiripal’s star products at Labelexpo India 2024 were its in-mould labels and top-coated pressure-sensitive labels. Chiripal also manufactures face-stock labels and release liners. 

Nitish Verma, general manager, sales and marketing, Chiripal, said, “The show was fantastic. The main advantage of a show like Labelexpo is that it is so specific.” 

Chiripal plans to increase its manufacturing capacity from 14,000 tonnes per annum to 28,000 tonnes per annum. “We are also going to add a third and fourth offline coating facility in different parts of the country.”

Verma said the main trend that he observed during the fair was sustainability. “Everyone is looking for PCR-coated labels.
