The SNOVA TP 1228 FFG manufactured by Shanghai Dinglong, China, is a high-speed case-maker with four colour printing, a creasing unit, a slotter, a rotary die-cutter with an inline folder gluer and a counter ejector.

The glue kitchen from CHC Taiwan is a completely automatic glue-making machine from raw starch to ready-to-use glue.

The waste baler system from XT, China collects waste paper generated on different machines and converts it into compact bales.

Vikas Goyal, founder, Keshoram Manufacturing, said, “I know Sarfaraz and Tufan, founders of Infinity Solutions, and received positive feedback when I decided to purchase equipment from them.”

He added, “Corrugation equipment are expensive and after-sales service is the most important point. There are many machine suppliers in the market for such equipment but their after-sales service team is not in place. We have received positive feedback for Infinity’s after-sales services. Every engineer in the Infinity Solutions service team is skilled and trained in all the equipment supplied by them. So, it’s a value addition to the customer. Whenever any Infinity engineer is visiting the plant, they can quickly do a health check on all the machines.”

Sarfaraz Pathan and Tufan Kumar Saha of Infinity said, “Establishing a strong and positive relationship with customers is crucial for any supplier. The importance of every project for a supplier is significant, especially if it is a flagship project like Keshoram that involves a significant investment of resources and is important for the Indian corrugated industry. When it comes to equipment supplied to a customer, it is essential that the equipment is of high quality and meets the customer's needs. Infinity Solutions always ensures that proper installation is done and ongoing maintenance of the equipment are also important to ensure its longevity and optimal performance. The equipment we supply isn't just a product — it's a solution that helps our customers achieve their goals and improve their operations. Seeing our equipment in action and knowing that we've made a difference towards the industry brings us a sense of joy and satisfaction that goes beyond just numbers and metrics.”

Keshoram has 150,000-sqft of constructed area in its five-acre plant and converts 135 tonnes of kraft per day in the newly established plant. “In the next six months, we will be converting 200 tonnes of kraft paper per day, 6,000 tonnes monthly once the plant is fully functional,” Goyal said.

Investment in Bobst FFG and BHS corrugator

Recently, Keshoram Manufacturing also invested in an automatic corrugator from BHS. The machine is running at the company’s newly established five-acre corrugation plant in Greater Noida.

On investing in the BHS corrugator, Vikas Goyal, founder, Keshoram Manufacturing, said, “Its compression strength, finishing, and formation of the board are better as compared to parameters fixed by us. The memory system of the machine is capable of storing an unlimited number of jobs and whenever we require it, the production just clicks on the job. Everything will be adjusted automatically. BHS corrugator has a decal size of 2,200-mm and can run at 230-m/minute speed.”

The company manufactures A, B, C and E flutes right now in three- and five-ply sheets. “This corrugator is future-ready. Whenever we require digital inkjet printing for short-run jobs, we can add,” Goyal said.

The company has also ordered a Bobst 924 NTRS FFG. The machine will be installed in December.
