Jodhpur’s Marudhara installs Flexibiz ERP

Established in 1982, Marudhara Polypack are manufacturers of HDPE/ PP woven sacks, BOPP and paper bags.

Suresh Purohit, director, Marudhara Polypack, said, “In packaging verticals, there are three products in which we deal with — BOPP printed woven sack, polyester laminate and security pouches and heat installation products. We have facilities in Noida, Jodhpur and Delhi. In Jodhpur, we have nearly three acres of production facility with 400 employees. All the units are completely integrated. Granules procured from Reliance, Gail, Indian Oil, etc are processed into tapes or films; and then processed into the final products.”

Purohit said, the company deals with corporate clients including Supreme Industries, UltraTech and others.

“We had been using ERP for many years but the drawback of our previous version was it did not give us end-to-end solution. The Flexibiz gives us end-to-end solution right from procuring until the production. Various guidelines are been described in the software which helps the operator to take decision in various stages of production. After using Flexibiz ERP for just three months, we realise that it is user-friendly and much better than our old ERP,” he said.

The ERP system has been developed by Delhi-based Kiran Consultants.
