Neeraj Thappa, vice-president of sales at Jetsci Global, expressed gratitude to Uwe Bögl, director of Packwise Africa, for placing his trust in Jetsci, a global brand of Monotech Systems, and helping them penetrate the South African market.

He added that this is the first global installation of Jetsci in the international market for this year, and there are other installations in the pipeline.

Thappa said the Jetsci YUV system is a tested and validated solution for variable data printing and can be easily integrated into existing web offset, flexo machines, slitters, rewinders, and more.

The machine has already been installed and Avocet expects it to meet its business needs by allowing for inspection and customisation of finished products.

“Avocet conducted thorough research to find a solution for printing variable data on labels with high speed and quality, and the Jetsci YUV system was identified as one of the most viable solutions due to its exceptional productivity and print quality,” said Bögl.

Bögl added that the Jetsci YUV system is versatile and can be modified to work with various conventional printing systems, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Jetsci Global offers customisation options for bespoke applications, including fully integrated inkjet systems and standalone printing technology.
