Indore’s Perfect Scan adds Ricoh

Despite being a leader in digital large-format printing for applications like soft signage and other display graphics, Perfect Scan also engages in commercial printing, which is now boosted to a new height with the new Ricoh press.

Perfect Scan, a division of Perfect Group, was established in 1988 as a trader of printing consumables. In 1995, the company unveiled a processing house with the installation of an imagesetter and a scanner. It ventured into the print business in 1999 and expanded to two new regional branches in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.

The production facility of Perfect Scan in Indore is 20,000-sqft, equipped with a line of machines comprising Konica Minolta Bizhub Press C8000 and Bizhub Pro 1050, HP and Skyjet UV printers as well as finishing machines, such as Jingwei digital cutter. 

“Now, we have invested in a Ricoh Pro C5300S digital press so that we can take the quality of commercial printing ahead of the ordinary,” said Nitin Gami, founder and CEO of Perfect Scan. The facility is backed by a team of 25 highly trained printing professionals.

Gami added, “With the new Ricoh Pro C5300S in our Indore facility, we can meet the demands for innovative commercial prints and graphics from our clients. So far, we have experienced other popular digital presses from Xerox and Konica Minolta. However, none of them can compete with this Ricoh press when it comes to accuracy in colours and prints on a variety of substrates in commercial graphic prints.” 

Now, Perfect Scan is fully geared up to deliver the finest textures of prints with Ricoh Pro C5300S. Gami said the company is confident to fulfill its clients to the fullest. 

Perfect Scan boasts a host of customers from different market segments, such as FMCG, banking and telecommunication. To name a few, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vodafone-Idea (Vi), etc. are some of the regular clients of Perfect Scan. 

“Whether it’s printing of a leaflet or a clothes banner for outdoor advertising, we provide our customers everything under our roof, without letting them run from one shop to another for additional petty printouts,” Gami said.

He added that the completeness in the company’s machine portfolio would have never been achieved without Monotech Systems, which delivered the versatile Ricoh Pro C5300S.
