Hyderabad hosts in-person PackPlus South and PrintFair show

PackPlus South and PrintFair 2021 returned to Hyderabad’s Hitex Exhibition Centre after a two-year gap following the Covid-19 pandemic, bringing the packaging, printing and converting industry face-to-face.

110 exhibitors participated in the show

The three-day show, which opened on 7 October saw 110 exhibitors representing manufacturers, suppliers and dealers of packaging and printing machinery, raw materials, equipment and allied supplies highlight their products. Among the global and regional players were All Pack International, Automation Solutions, Bagempam Industries, Bericap India, Bikaner Polymers, Crown Industries, Ecobliss India, Enercon Asia Pacific Systems, Valco Melton, among several others.

Anuj Mathur, COO of RX India, said, “We are extremely delighted to be back in Hyderabad. PackPlus South and PrintFair have been pivotal for the packaging sector and we are overwhelmed to receive such a fantastic response at the show.”

Buyers from across the region and South India attended to witness live machinery in action and interact with leading suppliers in a face-to-face environment.  Spotted at the show were PP Anjaneyulu, president of Guntur Printers Association;  Tallada Venkanna, president of Telangana Small Industries Society, Narayan Inani, president of Telangana Paper Merchants’ Association, Chandra Shekar, managing director of Linkjet Packaging Solutions, Abhishek Jain, managing director of Mahaveer Group and Heena Mistry, marketing head of Control Print, who graced the inauguration ceremony on the opening day. 

“Overall, the response has been great,” said Mathur, adding “Many of our exhibitors have already confirmed their participation for PackPlus Delhi, scheduled for 9-11 December 2021 at Pragati Maidan. We really look forward to welcoming the industry.”
