Goss plans resourceful Drupa with packaging, commercial and newspaper presses

Goss international has acquired 19,590 sq/ft of area in hall 17 to showcase its new Sunday Vpack packaging press, Colorliner CPS compact-tower press and 96-page Sunday 5000 press.

Targeted at flexible packaging, label and folding carton applications, the new Goss Sunday Vpak press models are available in narrow- and wide-web widths from 20.5in (510 mm) to 75in (1905 mm). 

The company claims it to be a revolution in packaging segment with features like quick-change sleeve technology to allow variable repeat settings. The inking, dampening, web tension and process control systems used in Goss Sunday presses for high-quality commercial offset printing have also been incorporated, along with Goss automation and workflow technologies to reduce make-ready requirements and waste. 

Goss International will be a stand to watch out for Drupa which claims to highlight strength, customer focus and visionary offerings for commercial, newspaper and packaging sectors with a focus on new performance capabilities for current and emerging requirements .
