Ex-GroupM veteran Aanchal Kapoor joints as CEO at Adsgrove

Marketing agency Adsgrove Digital has appointed Aanchal Kapoor as its new chief executive officer. Kapoor will be joining hands with founder Rajkumar Singh, ex-vice-president at ANS Commerce, and will oversee the branding and performance operations of the agency.

With an experience of over a decade under her belt across some of the biggest media houses like GroupM, Madison, OMD, and Xposure Media, Kapoor has 10+ years of experience working for eminent brands such as LG, Shell, Bose, Duracell, Honda, ETS, Dawaat and the like, leading as integrated marketer for them. Her appointment is a welcome change and symbolizes a convergence of technology and storytelling in how agencies operate – where campaigns don’t just attract customers, they convert and retain them.

The recent addition to the agency’s leadership comes with a renewed focus on their mission to deliver “brandformance” – a term coined by the agency to signify the powerful synergy of branding and performance that drives not just visibility, but bottom-line profitability for clients.
