“We primarily engage in printing and production of end products like catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters and various customised corporate gift items,” Mohit Kalra, business head at Bhawna Trading.

He added that the company grew comprehensively to a new height in business around a decade ago when Kalra’s father Ashok Kalra passed on the main responsibility to him and constantly expanded the company’s machine portfolio with newer and upgraded Ricoh presses.

He said, “My father, who founded the company about three decades ago, is still involved in the core supervision in business, focusing on overall management and selection of the right printing technology that turned out to be Ricoh for us for decades. Until now, we have owned three Ricoh presses — the first one being the Ricoh Pro C651EX installed in 2013, followed by the Ricoh Pro C9100 in 2017. Our latest installation, a highly-advanced Ricoh Pro C7200x with additional features, took place just a few months ago.”

He added that the newly installed Ricoh Pro C7200x has some clear advantages over others. It works well on wide varieties of substrates for vivid print outputs using its fifth colour station, an added and optional feature for getting hold of an extra colour gamut that cannot be available on conventional digital presses.

The Ricoh Pro C7200x’s fifth colour station with white toner prints for extra impact in graphics, delivering special colours, such as neon yellow and neon pink, as well as clear, gold, silver, and invisible red toners to enhance metallic prints and match more brand colours.

Other salient features of the Ricoh Pro C7200x include its productivity and flexibility in terms of speed and media compatibility. It operates at the speed of 85-ppm, compatibly on varied substrates up to 360-gsm, for producing prints in the industry’s leading laser resolution of 2,400x4,800-dpi with VCSEL technology. It also supports oversized sheets up to 13x49.6-inch.

Supported by a team of around 25 experienced staff, Bhawna Trading works for big corporate brands, such as Ericsson, BharatPe, NEC, to mention a few. “Though we are based in Delhi-NCR, we are open to serving our customers at pan-India level,” Kalra said, adding that they look forward to roping in more big brands based out of any city across the country.

He added, “Moreover, in today’s fast-paced world of commercial printing, intuitive upgrade in printing technology with capable machines is vital. That’s why we rely on Ricoh, our all-time technology companion when it comes to maintaining both quality and creativity in graphic prints.”
