The former President of DPA Sunil Jain greeted the members and thanked them for sparing time to attend the AGM in a large number.

During his presentation, Dayakar Reddy, head of Sai Enterprises, which sponsored the AGM, spoke about Sai Enterprises and shared the role played by Sai's latest post-press equipment. Reddy extolled the important support of DPA in his business.

In his welcome address, Puneet Talwar expressed his gratitude to the members for reposing their confidence in him and for electing him as President for the 2024-2025 term. He said he sincerely values the cooperation, support and suggestions he received from them, due to which he and his team could organise an unprecedented number of activities of the association highly successfully and make essential decisions for the betterment of the association as well as the members.

During his tenure, the DPA hosted 78th Independence Day celebrations at DPA's newly acquired Printers Bhawan; organised global summit of print industry leaders; co-hosted the Business Outlook Print Summit; held a number of technical seminars; celebrated Printers' Day; organised a group tour of members to visit the China Print 2025 exhibition in Beijing in May; held DPA's flagship Holi Milan 2025, and above all for the first time in DPA's history, distributed its diary and calendar for 2025 to all members as New Year gifts.

Honourary general secretary Sandeep Aggarwal presented his Annual Report for 2024-2025.

Soon after the agenda of the AGM, the returning and co-returning officers of DPA's election for the 2025-2026 term, Mukesh Kaushik and Sunil Jain went to the podium to announce the results of the Annual Election for the forthcoming 2025-2026 term. Kaushik said that since only 28 nomination papers were received for the eight seats of office bearers and 20 seats of executive committee, there was no contest and the new team was unanimously elected for 2025-2026.

The outgoing president for 2024-2025 Puneet Talwar was felicitated with a memento and a shawl by former presidents in recognition of his exemplary stewardship, remarkable decisions and raising the benchmark of DPA's achievements.

Giving the vote of thanks, Vijay Mohan expressed his gratitude to the DPA members for their attendance and regular cooperation. He announced that under the aegis of the All-India Federation of Printers and Packagers, Delhi Printers Association will be organising their National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA) during July-August this year.
