Chetana Education partners with Physics Wallah

Chetana Education (CEL), which is engaged in educational book publishing for the CBSE/state board curriculum, has signed an agreement with Physics Wallah (PW) to deliver high-quality educational content to CEL’s network of K12 schools across India.

Through this partnership, both companies will jointly develop and launch an OTT educational platform, offering customised content to help students prepare for Olympiads, NTSE, NEET, JEE, and other competitive exams.

There is no shareholding or related party connection between the companies, and the collaboration is focused on expanding access to innovative and comprehensive learning resources for students nationwide.

Following this announcement, Chetana Education’s shares jumped up to 5%.

The company’s revenue rose by 10.10% from INR 40.29-crore in H2 FY24 to INR 44.36-crore in H2 FY25. Meanwhile, net profit declined from INR 10.02-crore to INR 3.44-crore during the same period.

These brands cover a wide range of educational needs from pre-primary to higher secondary levels, supporting comprehensive academic growth and competitive exam preparation.
