Bharti Digital Prints installs Ricoh Pro C7100

Raipur-based Bharti Digital Prints has installed Ricoh Pro C7100 series. The series is packed with advanced capabilities that simplify everyday print tasks complementing offset in terms of image quality and offer high productivity, broad paper support and hassle-free operation in a small footprint.

Established in 2014, Bharti Digital Prints, named after the owner Bharti Goswami, prints visiting cards, albums, brochures, invitation cards, and magazines. The client profiles include walk-in customers, graphics designers, and advertising agencies, among others. The firm’s usual print size is 13x19; A4; 12x18; A3; and 13x40.

On the new investment, Goswami said, “With the standard media identification unit on the Ricoh Pro C7100 series, operators don’t have to waste production time searching for right media and with print up to 90 pages per minute, you can easily meet tight delivery schedules.”

The machine also features an active tray indicator that monitors operation from a distance plus ‘on the fly’ toner replacement to maximise uptime. “Its advance toner transfer technology, new elastic fusing belt and advanced image control technology ensures colour consistency, manages paper handling and improves print quality, thus minimising wastage,” Goswami said, adding, “Thanks to Ricoh’s innovative VCSEL technology, we can now produce high quality, outstanding output and print additional colours other than CMYK.

To improve quality, Goswami said, the company uses an advance toner transfer technology and solutions that maintains the temperature at an appropriate level and monitors toner replacement, adjust the app settings and the printer settings to the highest possible resolution, keep toner cartridges in their original packing and use paper quality as recommended by printer manufacturers.

Goswami said, currently, the printing industry in India is going through transitions, the latest being in the form of digital printing. “There has been an increased demand for digital printing from customers and manufacturers have been rigorously expanding their portfolio.
