Autoprint’s 24th Checkmate inspection system installed at Malaysia’s Suria Press

“We understood that manual inspection could not provide 100% defect free cartons. We have met with a few inspection machine manufacturers and then we visited Autoprint in India in Nov 2017. We were well convinced that Autoprint’s Checkmate 50 inspection machine was superior in terms of quality checking and speed,” said Suria’s spokesperson. 

 

The machine has been installed in Suria’s factory in last week of Jan 2018 and the company hopes it will be the key to further enhance its deliveries and quality control.

 

The company’s plant houses a six-colour Mitsubishi press, converting machines and a range of laminating machines.
