Delhi-based Asha Digital has upgraded its facilit with the purchase of a new Ricoh Pro C7500 digital colour production press from Monotech Systems.

Asha Digital Arts has been in business for more than 25 years. “Over the years, we have been working for customers of all profiles, backgrounds, and from different walks of life,” Anirudh Kumar Raut, proprietor of Asha Digital Arts said. “To meet the increasing demands for higher quality prints, larger volumes, and innovative graphics, we keep investing in the latest machines and equipment, such as the recent purchase of the new Ricoh Pro C7500 from Monotech Systems.”

Currently, in addition to the newly installed Ricoh Pro C7500, Asha Digital Arts’ production facility is fully equipped with a portfolio of machines of different models, configurations, and technological platforms. Some of them are Konica Minolta AccurioPress C6100, AccurioPress 6120 (for monochrome prints), ColorJet Irisjet Pro eco-solvent printer, Roland VersaCAMM VS-640i print and cut system and others, including an array of post-press equipment.

On choosing the new Ricoh Pro C7500, Raut emphasised that this new digital colour production press is ideally an efficient machine for production of crisp and standout print outputs. “Apart from its capability to deliver high-quality graphics in flawless operation, the all new Ricoh in our facility is highly flexible in media handling as well. After all, this is really the most cost-effective machine we have ever owned,” he added.

He continued, “In addition to all else, Ricoh Pro C7500 is a robust and productive digital press. Since its recent installation, we have been printing around 190,000 sheets every month.”

Perfectly engineered to print at an upgradable speed of 95-ppm, this Ricoh digital production press boasts a maximum input capacity of 16,200 sheets when configured with optional paper input trays and it caters graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x4800-dpi.

As media flexibility of Ricoh Pro C7500 is commendable, it prints on varied thin and thick media ranging from 40- up to 470-gsm. Another added feature of the press is the EFI Fiery Digital Print Servers to optimise print efficiency and quality. In the servers, Intuitive Fiery Command WorkStation facilitates precise job management and colour control, enabling quick production of personalised end-products with the press’ variable data printing capabilities in exceptional RIP speeds and smooth PDF workflows.

Equally active on eCommerce platform, Asha Digital Arts satisfactorily serves its customers from diverse sectors with end-products like brochures, pamphlets, flayers, cards, labels, stickers, large-format signage graphics, and more. “In order to satisfy our customers, maintain quality, and volume, we further look forward to investing in more new machines, perhaps a Ricoh Pro C9500, from Monotech Systems,” Raut said, adding that the company always strives for staying ahead of the game with the latest technologies.
