Jignesh Gandhi, director at Art in Art Packaging Printers, said: “Bobst folder-gluer will play a "key role" in the further success of the business.”

He added: "We will be running the folder-gluer 24x7 and it will produce the complex jobs that it can handle so well. It is already producing 75 lakh folded cartons every day. This also means we will have both extra capacity in the plant and improved productivity on our other lines.”

Art in Art Packaging Printers specialises in the design and manufacture of carton board packaging solutions for pharmaceutical, FMCG and blue chip companies.

According to Gandhi, investing in Bobst machine was ‘a natural choice’ when opting for extra capacity at the 12,000 sq/ft plant.

“We were planning to invest in Bobst folder-gluer for quite some time now. We had seen the performance of the machine and hence it was a natural choice to discuss our plans for improving the post-press department’s workflow with them," Gandhi added.
