Agfa appoints JDC Printing Technologies as distributor for Sri Lanka
Agfa has announced a strategic partnership with JDC Printing Technologies, appointing them as the official distributor and reseller of Agfa's leading inkjet technologies in Sri Lanka. This collaboration aims to bring Agfa's advanced digital printing solutions, including the Onset, Jeti, SpeedSet, and Anapurna ranges, closer to customers in the region.

The agreement, which became effective in March 2025, marks a significant milestone as JDC Printing Technologies is set to install the first-ever Anapurna Ciervo machine in Southeast Asia. This Anapurna Ciervo H3200 press is scheduled for installation with an end user by the end of August.
Chandula Perera, managing director at JDC Printing Technologies, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. He said, "Partnering with Agfa was a natural decision for us as we seek to bring the best inkjet press technologies to printers across Sri Lanka." He added, "It was great to visit Agfa’s Demo Center in Belgium last year to see its products and solutions firsthand, and we look forward to working closely with the team over the course of this agreement."
Rajesh Yedpallikar, the regional sales manager at Agfa, echoed this sentiment and said, "I’m pleased to announce this partnership with JDC Printing Technologies to bring our world-class inkjet solutions closer to our customers in Sri Lanka. Combining JDC’s technical expertise and our leading technology results in a winning combination that empowers Sri Lankan print providers to grow and compete with confidence."
This partnership is expected to enhance the accessibility of Agfa's cutting-edge inkjet solutions for the Sri Lankan printing industry, fostering growth and competitiveness among local print providers.
