Established in the year 2011, Aakarsh Print-O-Graph is a brainchild of two business partners, Shaji Punnan and Arjun Dangar. Both had more than 15 years of experience in the industry, which included working in a digital print shop.

“We finally decided to establish something our own. That’s why we gave birth to Aakarsh Print-O-Graph. We started with a pre-owned Xerox DocuColor 250 and a couple of monochrome multifunction printers. Next came along a Ricoh Pro C901s in 2012, a game changer indeed,” Dangar said.

He added, “After the game-changing Ricoh, we looked forward to investing more in the brand because we like the machine and its flawless performance. That’s the main reason why we invested in yet another upgraded model, Ricoh Pro C7100x, in 2015, which has added features like white ink. In the following year, we further added two more Ricoh production presses — Ricoh Pro C9100 and Ricoh Pro 8100. In a way, we consider Ricoh as a top technology brand ideally chosen for its flexibility to produce high-end graphics which our quality-conscious customers from different sectors are looking for.”

In 2022, the company was looking for another advanced and upgraded Ricoh model, and found it at Monotech Systems. That’s Ricoh Pro C7200x, which unfolded a new perspective for the company that cannot be simply matched by conventional CMYK digital presses.

“With the machine, we discovered a whole new range of applications using its fifth colour station capabilities and breakthrough handling of diverse media in faster speed,” Dangar said.

The Ricoh Pro C7200x is engineered to run at 95-ppm in expansive maximum paper capacity of 16,200 sheets for longer run, taking up media up to 360-gsm for print outputs in 2,400×4,800-dpi resolution.

The second Ricoh Pro C7200x digital colour production press added recently to the company’s machine portfolio is especially for boosting up speed and volume in print production. The portfolio, in addition to the line of RICOH presses, consists of a handful of advanced post-press equipment for creasing, perforation, binding, paper cutting, lamination, and others.

“With our complete portfolio of digital printing and finishing systems under one roof, we have built a reputation for satisfying our customers to the fullest,” Dangar said.

The customers’ list of Aakarsh Print-O-Graph predominantly consists of walk-in individuals and a few corporate companies. Most of them come to us for end products or applications like photo albums, wedding cards, marketing collaterals, corporate brochures, business cards, folders, etc.

“One of the most common demands from our customers is instant delivery of their prints or end products. We never let them down because we now have abundant Ricoh production presses to keep everything under control,” he added.

Delivering up to 2.5 lakh prints a month, Ricoh digital production presses are real workhorses for Aakarsh Print-O-Graph. “We are happy with the Ricoh technology because it delivers graphic prints that make our customers happy and satisfied. Alongside Ricoh, we found Monotech Systems satisfactory as its highly loyal and devoted after-sales service team is always alert for any support under any circumstance or a given timeline,” he concluded.
