Think-Tank, the first meeting for Romancing Print took place at Chelmsford Club, New Delhi on 10 December, 2011. Amit Gupta of Friends Digital, Viren Chhabra of NPES, Kapil Raina of Thomson Press, Rajiv Kapoor of APL, Vikas Ghai of Sterling Publishers, Anuj Mehta of Paper Ideas, Sunil Garg of AIFMP, Poonam Dikshit and Ashwani Arya of Perfact Digital, Harshdeep Malhotra and Badri Kumar Singh of Delhi Printers’ Association, Satish Malhotra of Swan Press (chairman, Romancing Print 2012), Atul Bahl of Ballarpur Industries, Vineet Gupta of Peacock Prints and Jacob George of Press Ideas attended the meeting from the invited 27 members.

The members decided to include the sessions on business financials, print exports, women in print, price war in Indian printing industry, Drupa 2012 and face to face interaction with printers and print buyers for the Romancing Print 2012.

“We thank all the participants for their invaluable suggestions. We will strive for a bigger and better conference on 25 Februaury 2012 with over 400 printers expected to be present,” concluded Jacob George of Press Ideas.
