The challenges
My challenges were no different than what any other working women would have faced during this pandemic - managing the chores at home and work together. However, due to the flexibility and technology which our organisation offers, these challenges turned out to become a part of a unique experience.

Work-life balance
One good thing which helped me to maintain a work-life balance was timetable creation and sticking to the working hours. Besides this, yoga and meditation helped me focus better.

Moment of inspiration
My colleagues invented an informal virtual gathering platform which helped our team to stay connected and engaged during this pandemic. This project truly inspired me.

Message to the industry
The pandemic has triggered a positive change in the industry. It has forced us to embrace digital technology like never before and this shift of focus has opened up newer possibilities to go global and connect with the world. We should keep this digital momentum going and capitalise on its benefits.
