We are URGENTLY HIRING FOR US INBOUND TECHNICAL SALES PROCESS for Delhi.
Candidates shall be expected to provide Voice based trouble shooting to customers over remote software and resolve customers queries regarding Desktops / Laptops / printers / Smartphones etc. Candidate also should be able to troubleshoot issues pertaining to software like MS Windows, Anti-virus, MS outlook, MS office etc.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:-
-Good communication skills
-Good selling skills
-Meet the sales target with the help of tech support team
-Provide service to their respective clients.
Advanced Knowledge of least 1 of the Operating systems from the following:
Windows 7/8/10, Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Pro (Set-Up, Install, Re-Install, Recovery)
