The Jury Meet for the fourth edition of the Women to Watch Awards, hosted by PrintWeek, will take place on 13 May 2026 at the Haymarket Media office in Andheri East, Mumbai. The half-day jury session will begin at 9:45 am. As part of PrintWeek’s commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality across the printing, packaging, and publishing industries, the Women to Watch Awards recognise outstanding talent and leadership within the sector.

This year, the awards programme has expanded with the introduction of a dedicated Company Category alongside the individual honours, enabling the platform to recognise organisations creating meaningful impact across the industry.

Applications were invited for achievements from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. A total of 108 entries were received across categories, of which 80 valid entries have been shortlisted for jury evaluation. The awards are divided into two broad sections — Company Categories and People Categories.

The Company Categories include Education and Training Excellence Award, Factory Team of the Year, R&D Team of the Year, Finance and Strategy Team of the Year, All Women Team of the Year, Best Workplace of the Year, Safety and Wellbeing Excellence Award, and DEI Innovation Award.

The People Categories include Business Leader of the Year, Young Business Leader, Rising Star of the Year, Sales Excellence Award, Designer of the Year, Mentor of the Year, HR Leader of the Year, Execution Excellence Award, Packaging Person of the Year, and Publishing Person of the Year.

The Jury Meet will be held at DBS Co-working, Kanakia Wall Street, beginning with breakfast and networking, followed by opening remarks from Ramu Ramanathan.

The jury panel will first review the People Categories, followed by the Company Categories, before finalising the category winners. The Meet will conclude with jury video interactions at the Haymarket Media office. The Jury members for the fourth edition of the Women to Watch Awards are Tasneem Vasi; Shannon Tellis; Himali Kothari; Bhavika Shah; and Sruti Sajith.

Divya Subramaniam, chairperson of the jury, said, “The Women to Watch Awards continue to evolve as a platform that celebrates not only individual excellence but also the organisations creating opportunities, nurturing talent, and shaping a more inclusive future for the industry.”

Sai Deepthi added, “The response to the fourth edition reflects the growing momentum of women-led excellence across print, packaging, and publishing. The addition of the company categories this year allows us to recognise teams and workplaces that are driving long-term transformation within the industry.”
