Value of print to grow but how much longer - The Noel D'Cunha Sunday Column

309.7 billion A4 prints made up 119 billion pages with an estimated value of 14.5-billion in 2016. And though the print volumes are falling, the page numbers and value will continue to grow till 2018 before starting a decline. The overall market in 2021 will fall to USD $13.9 billion. This is because print production across the value chain will be forced to adapt to a new commercial landscape as postal volumes decline and disruptive print technologies make their presence felt.
