Founded in 1956, SLAP has been a key player in Sri Lanka’s printing sector. The association represents printing professionals, from traditional lithographers to digital printing specialists. Its primary goal is to support and develop the printing industry in Sri Lanka through partnerships with government bodies and international organisations, aiming to provide its members with maximum opportunities and benefits.
SLAP’s participation in Bharat Print Expo 2025 is expected to add to the event’s international profile. The association will contribute expertise and a network of professionals, facilitating cross-border collaborations. This partnership seeks to integrate regional insights with global industry developments.
Ahead of the main event, two roadshows will be held. The first, Mudran Bhet, will take place in Maharashtra from 20 to 26 February. The roadshow aims to spark discussions within the industry and preview the innovations to be showcased at the Expo.
The second roadshow, Mudrā Yātre, will run through Karnataka from 4 to 9 March. This initiative will connect with the local printing community, offering resources and insights to printing professionals in the region.
