His son, Kunal, who has now taken over the reins of the print business, said he was a "caring and kind" man. Kunal's loss comes just three years after the death of his uncle, Gaurang Patwa.
Late Atul and Gaurang set up Patwa & Sons in 1974 and were pillars of support strictly following the ethics of the business world. "They created a work culture that while business was generated for their company, it did not take away anything from the other players in the business," said Kunal.

The brothers started with a conventional letterpress and built the business through new investments to meet the market demands with a single-colour offset press, and then a two-colour to the recently installed five-colour with coater Ryobi 755 press.
"It's a huge loss, but we at Patwa & Sons vouch to follow the footsteps of the two brothers to take the firm to the highest level they would have ever imagined," said Kunal.
