Yoichiro Miyake, director, Fuchu Shiko, said, “We have four decades of experience in manufacturing rigid box-making machines and wanted to get into Indian market.”
He added, “We had exhibited at PrintPack, where we met SLKCG and found them to have a strong presence and reach in India.”
The alliance has already seen two orders at Delhi-based Solar Print and Kanpur-based Best Box for the automatic box-making machine. Also, Hyderabad-based Pragati Pack has bought a semi-automatic box-making machine in 2012 from Fuchu Shiko.
“With the partnership with SLKCG, we plan to expand our market in share in India with this partnership,” said Yoichiro.
