Mahesh Hadiyal of Shree Sahjanand Offset

Mahesh Hadiyal of Shree Sahjanand Offset said, “Our investment in the AccurioPress C4080 was driven by the need to improve production quality, increase efficiency, and meet the growing demands of our clientele. As client expectations rose in terms of accuracy, speed, and consistency, we identified the need to upgrade our production capabilities with more advanced and reliable technology.”

He added that Konica Minolta provided complete support during the installation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free setup. Following this, the team conducted hands-on training sessions covering machine operations and best practices for achieving optimal output quality.

Hadiyal said the company has a balanced mix of machines to support our day-to-day operations. “Approximately 50% of the machines are from Konica Minolta, including the latest AccurioPress C4080, while the remaining setup includes locally sourced cutting machines,” he said.

Shree Sahjananad Offset was founded in 2009 by Mahesh Hadiyal, initially as a screen-printing business focused on delivering customised solutions to a growing local clientele. Over the years, as customer demand expanded, the company gradually diversified its operations, incorporating advanced machine installations and modern printing technologies, establishing itself as a reliable and quality-driven print service provider.

The company primarily caters to clients in the healthcare and education sectors, including hospitals and school institutions. These segments form the core of our customer base, with a consistent demand for reliable and customised printing solutions.

It currently operates with a team of approximately 12 professionals who manage production, machine operations, and day-to-day business activities.

On ROI, Hadiyal said, “For us, the expected return on investment is largely dependent on seasonal demand and the type of projects undertaken throughout the year. Since our primary clientele is in the healthcare and education sectors, demand tends to increase during peak periods, such as the start of academic sessions or specific institutional requirements, while slower periods may impact the pace of returns.

He added, “However, with the addition of advanced machinery, we are now better equipped to handle higher volumes of work with improved speed and consistency, supporting overall productivity. Konica Minolta’s printers seamlessly fit into our existing operations, helping us enhance output without operational disruption.”
