The newly installed intelligent rigid box making machine is designed to deliver exceptional productivity, precision, and automation for premium rigid box production. Equipped with advanced intelligent positioning systems, over 51 servo-driven motors, high-speed automation, and user-friendly operations, the machine ensures superior box quality with reduced setup time and higher production efficiency.
The machine is capable of producing a wide range of rigid box formats, including standard boxes, half-ear boxes, full-ear boxes, bevel boxes, special-shaped boxes, and slip case boxes up to a height of 210-mm. With box production capabilities ranging from compact sizes of 80x40x15-mm up to large premium boxes of 600x400x120-mm, the machine offers tremendous flexibility for luxury and high-end packaging applications.
Designed for modern high-speed production environments, the machine operates at speeds of up to 35-pieces/min with positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, ensuring precision and consistency in every box produced. The system supports board thickness from 0.8- to 3.0-mm and cover paper ranging from 100- to 350-gsm, enabling converters to handle diverse packaging requirements with ease.
The machine supports a wide range of luxury packaging applications, including mobile boxes, jewellery boxes, cosmetics packaging, gift boxes, confectionery packaging, and premium retail packaging solutions. Its intelligent automation enhances production consistency while minimising changeover time to nearly 15 minutes, making it ideal for modern packaging operations focused on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
