Ajay Kumar of RK Label Printing Machinery said the company is showcasing its label printing and converting solutions at Bharat Print Expo 2026 in Chennai, targeting converters looking for integrated production systems.
Headquartered in Gujarat, the company manufactures flexo printing machines, die-cutting systems and barcode label solutions, offering end-to-end capabilities for label production. Its portfolio includes machines ranging from single-colour to multi-colour flexo presses, along with systems for gumming and shrink label applications.
At the exhibition, RK Label Printing Machinery is highlighting its flatbed die-cutting machine, designed to reduce tooling costs. The system supports both roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet operations, offering flexibility compared to conventional sheet-fed die-cutting processes.
The company indicated that it has installed more than 5,000 machines across India, with approximately 30% of its production exported to international markets. Manufacturing is carried out in-house across multiple facilities, including mechanical, electrical and design components, enabling control over quality and spare parts availability.
According to the company, it maintains a steady production cycle with regular dispatches of printing and die-cutting machines, supported by a strong order pipeline.
Through its participation at Bharat Print Expo, RK Label Printing Machinery is engaging with converters in South India and exploring opportunities for new installations in the region.
