The DDC-810 combines inkjet application with an ultraviolet curing lamp to deliver instant curing. A built-in CCD camera, working with dedicated registration marks, automatically compensates for shrinkage, stretch and skew, ensuring accurate alignment of the spot UV layer with the printed image.
Paper handling is supported by Duplo’s air-suction feed system, with production speeds of up to 21-ppm in ledger size and 36-ppm in letter size. Standard features include a dust roller, metal hydride lamp, ultrasonic double-feed detection and automated head cleaning.
Integrated sensors monitor feeding, ink status and jams, simplifying operation. Paired with the DC XII foiling station, the DDC-810 can also support foiling and laminating, extending its role as a multi-purpose embellishment platform.
