For Kwality Offset Printers, the wait is over. The company’s four samples in the entry, came in for praise from the judges, for the “fusion of foiling, tactile UV and selection of material”, all combining to help the products stand out, be understood and be trusted by the consumers.
The Baagh Gin for Chhota Hazri, the Fab Essentials Body Lotion for Fab India, the Indri Whisky for Piccadily, or the Kamet Whisky, all had runs of 500 mtr to 2,000 mtr, printed using the Xeikon 3030 plus digital press and the Mark Andy P5 flexo press. In the post-press, Kwalilty used the ABG Digicon Series 3 machine, Kurz 220 hot foil and Flint’s tactile screen UV.
According to Kwality, all the submissions are a testament to its artistic innovation and meticulous craftsmanship, particularly the ones produced for the wine segment, while the Fab Essentials body lotion labels embody subtlety and sophistication. “Consumer shopping behaviour has been rapidly shifting. Through our labels, we give the brands confidence that the product they bring to the market is a great new product, which matters the most.”
The company used CMYK, plus special colours like high-density white, Pantone red, different types of foils, and special substrates from Avery Dennison to produce the Award-winning labels.
There are reasons why Kwality was the winner, and as the judges said, “The submissions were impressive, showcased possibilities and the way labels will be produced in future.”
