The biggest print show in 2015 is ready to kick off in four days. The who's who of the Indian and international industry will inaugurate the show on 11 February 2015 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.In part II of a two-part preview, we highlight what the industry should expect from the more than 400 exhibitors.

Having bagged two orders for the Xeikon ThermoflexX digital imagers, Malhotra Graphics (Hall/Stall: 5/25) will look to break further grounds, propounding the benefits of the kit, as a open solution which will allow its users to expose any of the leading flexo and letterpress plates
Established in 1968 as a manufacturer of letterpress printing machines, Associated Engineering Corporation, will be showcasing the die-cutter SDC seriesand double profile single facer corrugating machine
Manroland’s made for India newspaper press, the Cromoman 4x1, which has been churning out the TOI dailies from Pune and Kolkata will be the highlight of the company’s Hall/Stall: 12/36
Manugraph (Hall/Stall: 10/10) stand will be adorned with (a unit of) what it calls India’s first compact four-colour web offset press, the newly launched Ecoline, which is a versatile single width, single circumference press for newspaper printing
Megtec’s (Hall/Stall: 11/42) flying splicer AR35-I will be on the show to wow newspaper and web offset printers. Its USP boasts that it is compact, yet robust which allows installing and running in limited space
Memory Repro (Hall/Stall: 5/3 & 14) will launch a new blanket wash at the show. The company has not disclosed more information, perhaps, they want the visitors to see it for themselves. Other highlights at the Memory stand are: thermal laminating and knurling machines, both with auto-feeder, upgraded version of sheetfed offset plate cleaning with online gumming and drying, plate baking oven on conveyor, case-maker, casing-in and more
Ojaswini Organics as Ojas Cards (Hall/Stall: 10/56) is ready with exclusive invitation and wedding cards for PrintPack
First Paper Idea (Hall/Stall: 7/3) with its Paperbind brand promises many new launches, the prominent ones are PUR binders and coating solutions. The PUR binder will be launched in two versions and has been specifically designed for India under Make in India initiative
ParamERP’s (Hall/Stall: 9/18A) Vinod Nawab, says, you must see the new SpeedPEW B1, developed for small and mid-range print companies. This single-user module will come with a year’s free service. You can also get offers on web-based estimation-costing module on rent
New at PrintPack will be Pratham Technologies' Supersort, a 100% carton inspection system and an offline inspection system for leaflets. The Pune-based manufacturer (Hall/Stall: 1/24) hopes to be the hottest destination for package printers at the show with its foray into inspection system market
Print-Pack-Tech International, which represents several printing and packaging manufacturers such as Expert, Esatec, Synergy Europe and Grafikontrol among others, will exhibit France-based Esatec Packaging Machinery’s Digistar WP1 carton windowing and lining machine at its Hall/Stall: 12/45
Provin Technos (Hall/Stall: 1/19) will use this show for the world premiere of new version of Ryobi 920 series press with much fanfare. Ryobi 925 A, which is a popular size in India with 30 installations, will be printing live at the show with LED UV curing system
QI Press Controls (Hall/Stall: 11/1) will introduce IDS-3D to Indian printing and graphics Industry at the show. The IDS-3D camera is a single solution to accomplish multiple tasks
QuadTech’s latest innovation Color Quality Solution, which the company claims to be the world’s first in-line colour and ink control for packaging presses will be its star product at the show at its Hall/Stall: 10/1A
This dampening solution filtration system from Taiwan-based Tarng Yun Co represented by Rado Packaging Machines in India, will be the focus at its Hall/Stall: 10/5, will only liven your printing press. It needs little space and can easily be integrated with printing machine without stopping it
OnPrintShop, which Radixweb (Hall/Stall: 7/8) calls, the platinum web-to-print solution, will be the focus of attention at the show. Radixweb says, its successful OnPrintShop users have increased repeat sales, expanded to international markets, increased online traffic by up to 1000%, reduced order processing time by up to 87% and reduced manpower cost by up to 67%
A member of the Redlands Ashlyn group of company, Redlands Machinery hopes that its rigid box making machines will create a stir at the show at Hall/Stall: 1/14A. Redlands has 700+ installation in India, a measure of its popularity
Faridabad-based Ronald Web Offset (Hall/Stall: 9/35), with a new design for its flagship Ronald four-high tower, it promises the newspaper printers savings of 2.5% paper without compromising on print area
Established in 2007, Sigma will showcase a slew of rubber rollers at Hall/Stall: 1/1, but the standout rubber rollers will be the Oscillator roller for SM74, which uses a new developed rubber component for UV inks, which Sigma say, is finding wide acceptance in the market
Glue dispensing is Robatech’s forte. It has tied up with another specialist WH Leary. Together the two experts will display hotmelt and cold glue systems for folding carton applications at Hall/Stall: 11/53
Daya (Sheth Printograph) will target packaging converters and digital printers with two new offerings Pylo XL 3040 and Ultima lamination equipment, which, the company claims, will be the star attraction at the show at its Hall/Stall: 5/15
‘House of chillers’ is what Shree Refrigerations (Hall/Stall: 11/43) would like to call its PrintPack stall. The plate type heat exchangers, which are used in chillers, are prone to bursting and thus damaging the chiller. This product will not burst and thus save the chiller from damages, guarantees the company
marting under its first sale of Bejing Daheng Imaging’s carton printing inspection systems, DH-HSJP550, to TCPL, Sergusa Solutions, SLKCG’s sister company, will look to drive home the top surface inspection as well as “special capability” to inspect bottom surface of folding carton, in the system at Hall/Stall: 10/11
The newly launched Wild range of papers, which boasts of 35% cotton fibres, will be the attraction at Sona Commercial’s PrintPack Hall/Stall: 7/1. The FSC certified paper range is characterised with a unique 3D effect with printing and embossing, better with higher grammages
Though it will be a catalogue show for Suba Solutions, the idea is, as V Vaidyalingam, of Suba Solutions says, “To highlight how our products add value to packaging converters by showing product samples produced out of our machines.” The machines that Suba will boast at its Hall/Stall: 12/35A at the show include water-based MetPET laminator with inline coating facility
The Chennai-based firm, Thirumala Makers & Marketers, manufactures and markets Tazakimo doctor blades for flexo and gravure presses in India. It will display its new generation blades, which guarantee increased output and reduced cost of production
Dilli, the Korean-make wide-format press which Mohan KT of New Delhi-based UV Printers will demonstrate how it fits their portfolio. He will also demonstrate how existing wide-format players can add value and be profitable at their Hall/Stall: 7/11A
Following its acquisition of GMS, visitors can expect new range of print finishing solutions at Valco Melton’s Hall/Stall: 11/49. The company’s family of Microglue glue system folds, glues, and perforates in one operation to create self-mailers in C, V and Z-fold formats
Welbound and Henkel will demonstrate ways in which we can help book printers and publishers bring down their cost of production, cut down on delivery schedules, reduce wastage : all this, while the quality of binding improves. At their Hall/Stall: 5/4 & 1/22, you can see bookbinding machines employing EVA hotmelts, PUR and water-based adhesives. These machines throughput at 500, 2500 and 3600 books per hour

The Swiss manufacturer of digital cutting table will impress visitors at its Hall/Stall: 9/23 with its high performance S3 M 800 cutting table, which can cater to graphic arts, packaging, leather, textile and many other segments
Variation Electric (Hall/Stall: 11/33) will have on display its Abron range of motors for sheetfed and webfed offset presses and other applications
