The product was first launched in 2017 and is used to manufacture carton boxes through die-cutting, creasing and embossing.
The maximum sheet size it can work with is 715x1.020-mm and it can produce about 7,500 sheets per hour. It is also available with an online stripping unit.
The machine has been made in India and is capable of die-cutting duplex boards and corrugated sheets. It offers great returns on investment and requires little maintenance. The maximum die-cutting speed is of about 5,000 sheets per hour with a hydraulic system and oil temperature cooling.
The company has 393 customers so far.
Excel launched its first automatic die-cutting machine at PrintPack in 2005.
