Pezasys is presenting its cloud-based ERP platform at Bharat Print Expo 2026 in Chennai, targeting label, flexible packaging and mono carton manufacturers with a focus on automation, visibility and data-driven decision-making. The platform is designed as an end-to-end solution, with more than 17 integrated modules covering the entire production workflow — from order creation and artwork management to production, dispatch and reporting.
A key differentiator of the Pezasys ERP is its fully cloud-based architecture, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), eliminating the need for on-premise infrastructure. The system enables remote access, regular updates and encrypted data security, supported by distributed cloud instances.
At the exhibition, the company is emphasising its AI-driven inventory module, which analyses historical consumption patterns to forecast material requirements. The system can alert users in advance about low stock levels and factor in procurement timelines, helping converters manage supply chains more efficiently.
Beyond inventory, the ERP includes modules for job tracking, work order management and quality control, enabling real-time monitoring of production from prepress to dispatch. The system also supports automated billing, eInvoicing and logistics tracking, along with role-based user access and reporting tools.
Additional modules cover artwork management, job card creation, purchase planning and production scheduling, as well as die and plate lifecycle management. The platform also enables estimate generation, bill of materials (BOM) creation and sales order processing, allowing users to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
According to the company, the system is designed to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs by providing real-time data visibility across departments. With its participation at Bharat Print Expo 2026, Pezasys is looking to expand its footprint in South India and engage with converters seeking to digitise and scale their operations.
