In the new JV, Oji India Packaging (OIPPL), Oji Holdings will hold 60% stake, while Marubeni and JK Paper each will have 20%.
OIPPL proposes to set up a manufacturing facility at Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) Neemrana Industrial Park .
According to JK Paper, the plant will have a capacity to manufacture corrugated packaging products of 34,000 tonnes per annum at an investment of Rs 150 crore. The automatic plant will incorporate the latest available technology to produce high quality corrugated packaging products.
