Developments in HRM has the potential to affect a young India, whose employment rate is growing steadily every passing year. The role of HRM becomes vital in such a scenario. To discuss and deliberate on the issue, School of Commerce Studies, Jain University, is organizing a national conference on the subject, “Changing Role of HRM – The Strategic Opportunities and Challenges”.
