Sivakasi-based Lovely Offset was founded in 1961 and has two state-of-the-art printing units spread across 35 acre area. The firm offers technical expertise and end-to-end solutions for the printing and packaging segment. The firm boasts about its quality and specialises in printing of books, diaries, calendars, brochures, invitation cards, Stationeries, among others.
THE VERDICT
Lovely Offset invested in the Yoco die-cutter in 2009, to cater to the increasing production demand. For the company, the investment has resulted in savings in time taken for production and makeready and reduction in wastages. The firm uses the Yoco machine for applications such as die-cutting and foil stamping of wedding invitations and E and L flute boards. Senthil Kumar, director, Lovely Offset says, “The machine has resulted in cost savings and the wastage has reduced, as we are able to run the machine continuously without any break, thanks to the great feeder on the machine.”

THE VERDICT
Yuno invested in the Yoco die-cutter in 2009 due to its reliability, quality and the value for money which the machine offers. According to the company, there has not been any major break down in the machine and is now capable to produce jobs with high precision and quality.
