Tadahiko Sumitani, managing director at Konica Minolta Business Solutions India, said, “We are now operating in our second financial year. Last year the company, its products and solutions received overwhelming response. We have realised Rs 115 crores, and current year also looks very promising for our business in India.”
BIN is going to inaugurate its new branch in Bengaluru on 14 September. Sumitani added, “We are also in a process of finalising a branch in Kolkata. So, now we are four branches including Mumbai and Chennai. Also we have nine locations for warehousing and billing points, which brings more speed and flexibility.”
As an attempt to reach out to the customers, BIN has set-up a dedicated call centre for logging all service calls and demo centres. “All the engineers are trained at Konica Minolta Training Centres,” said Sumitani.
