"The show," said Raj Manek, executive director, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding, "is expected to be bigger, better and reflective of the print industry's robustness." Confirmation from exhibitors like Colorjet, Roland - Apsom Infotex, Plasto India (sole distributor of LG Hausys India in North India), SRF, Axyz Automation, Esko, and Sam Inks, among others, have instilled this confidence in Messe.
Another technology that the expo is set to showcase is 3D printing. In this segment, a crowd puller will be the launch of PAT Orator 3.0 from Prakash Offset's stable. The PAT Orator 3.0, according to reports, comes with large volume and high precision printing resolution of 0.1 to 0.05mm and combines innovative technology and hardware to increase speed, accuracy, print volume and reliability of print.
Also on the list is a one-day conference that will bring under one roof professionals and the people who matter from the advertising, printing and signage industry.
"The conference is aimed at educating the printers and the end-users about the possibilities with new printing technologies and marketing solutions. A lot of the brands; the end customers, are not aware of the possibilities of print. They demand of the printer only what they know of and not what the printer is able to produce. This needs to change and this change in attitude will benefit both the printer and the manufacturer. This conference will make the difference," concluded Manek.
