Besides displaying, the manufacturer also sold and booked number of orders for the grooving machine. This includes installation at the Bengaluru-based Sri Manjunath Printers. The company also had some serious enquiries for its other verticals.
S S Saini, director at 3S Graphic Solutions said, “Despite being a first time exhibitor at Printexpo, the show has been quite good for us. We could see only interested crowd as we had expected. We have booked several numbers of orders for our verticals.”
Speaking about opting to bring the grooving machine to Printexpo, Saini said, “We saw numerous installations happening post-Pamex for the grooving machine, where we launched it and taking this success into account we thought of demonstrating the machine at Printexpo. Also the digital print market and photography market in South is quite strong. We see a lot more opportunities in the South market.”
The 3S grooving machine is a semi-automatic box-making machine an alternative to die-cutting machine which can produce boxes from substrates like medium density fibreboard, kappa boards etc.
The company has booked six orders in Chennai and one in Jhalandhar. The company has machines installed at Thomson printing press, Avantika printers to name a few.
