“We have been using Esko software for more than seven years and it has been a fantastic experience so far,” Denver Annunciation, director – strategic initiatives, Janus International, said. “We opted for the Esko WebCentre because we are looking at being more productive and we want to make the experience for our people and customers more seamless and error-free, and we want more work done in a shorter period.”

“Janus International wanted a dashboard wherein they can see critical information of the business. WebCentre can connect with the existing MIS information system and automation engine. This helps the customer save a lot of time when creating labels and also getting customer approval and managing the processes. WebCentre was a perfect fit for Janus International,” Samarth Chandrashekar of Esko told PrintWeek.

“It’s a web-based browser where the customer can allow multiple people to login and look at all jobs without adding any software or going into pdf readers,” he added.

Meanwhile, Numex Blocks opted for Esko’s ArtPro+ software to move towards pdf workflows. They already have Esko’s legacy software - Package, but “Nitin was keen to embrace new technologies. After several deliberations, they went ahead with ArtPro+”, Chandrashekar added.

ArtPro+ has a unique preflighting feature and it can also support older files from native Esko applications.

“The software is backward compatible and its user interface is clean and user friendly with a minimum learning curve,” he added. “This was a very bold move.”

Numex has previously purchased more than 25 Esko software and has been consistently upgrading to newer technologies from Esko, said Chandrashekar.
