Mudrika Labels in blood donation drive
Label specialist Mudrika Labels will launch a blood donation drive on 6 February 2021 from 9.30am to 4pm at its plant in Vasai, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR). The blood donation campaign will be hosted at: Survey No 44, Near Nidhi Indl Estate, Opp Golden Tulip Hotel, Vasai East.

Explaining the purpose behind the blood donation drive, Manish Desai, director at Mudrika, said, “We have come to realise that there was very little attention given to blood donation campaign.”
According to Desai, a survey across the hospitals in Mumbai shows that there was 33% less contribution to blood banks in the hospital, over the course of this pandemic. “Blood donation is one mode that enables the maintenance of blood banks and helping the needy.”
Donating blood can change someone’s life. “With this drive, we hope to make a difference during this unsettling time,” concluded Desai.
