Sai Com Codes Flexoprint manufactures and exports a wide range of pressure-sensitive labels, and customised labels. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive range of printing services for boarding pass, and tags. Sai Com Codes has a set of advanced pre-press and post-press facilities. Our products are an epitome of quality and functionality.

Sai Com Codes is a multi location group with two units in Rai, Sonepat, one in Guwahati and 
one in Vapi. We operate out of 1-lakh sqft of total shop floor area with 300 strong workforce, eight flexo presses, out of which seven are Nilpeters, one P7 and three 
digital presses. 

When did you start using the Nilpeter press?
We started our partnership with Nilpeter in 2008.

What are the properties of the machine you like? 
Over the years, the Nilpeter FB models have worked for us. The features which stood out for us are ease of use; operator friendliness and excellent support due to the company’s local presence in India.

Why did you decide to go for Nilpeter?
When we were planning our expansion, we reviewed several presses. There were two things which were important for us. First, we wanted to have an efficient after-sales support system and second, we wanted to build a long-term association with the brand so that we can gradually grow and build our technological strength around the brand. Nilpeter stood out for us on both these parameters.

Did you look at other similar products? 
Yes. As a conscious investor, we reviewed and evaluated presses from many global brands.

What are the features that tilted the favour in this?
As we mentioned above, operator friendliness, open and simplistic design and the brand value.

How much have these features helped you in your production?
The advantage with Nilpeter FB press is that it is an open platform press. Along the way, additional value-added features can be added to it as per your requirements. These include cold foil systems, rotary screen systems, and multi-layer labels systems.

For what applications is the Nilpeter press used?
Our customer base covers all the major sectors, such as FMCG, alcobev, pharma and nutraceuticals, among others. 

Is there anything that you do not like or can be improved? 
As per our experience, no machine is without flaws, but the point is how competent is your supplier in resolving those issues when they surface. In this regard, we are satisfied with Nilpeter’s services.

If there’s a critical printing job that has come your way, would you rely on Nilpeter presses to see it through?
We have seven Nilpeter presses in our plants. I hope this answers your question.

What’s the quality like? 
Today, our customer base includes many of the top brands of the country. So far, we have not faced any quality issues related to our Nilpeter presses.

How easy is it to use and handle? 
As we mentioned earlier, one of the important features of these presses is its operator-friendliness, second, the cost of tooling, and third, consistency during high-speed productivity. Being one of the top label suppliers in the country, we come across several short, medium and long-run job requirements and Nilpeter presses are the answer to our job requirement. 

Would you say that it offers value for money? 
We invested in our first Nilpeter press almost 15 years ago. Even today, the press runs as if it was installed yesterday. These presses are value for money.

Who do you think the press is right for? 
Nilpeter, like any other top brand, is a long-term investment. It is right for anyone who is looking to sustain in the industry on a long-term basis.n
