What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A company which invests regularly on innovation and improves its techniques to meet international standards.

What is the trait you most deplore in our industry?
When we upgrade the product with a new system, most of the customers are reluctant to pay upcharge and adopt the system

What are the trickiest colours that you have had to print?
Grey and red.

What is the quality you seek when you hire?
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What is your most ‘wow’ moment?
Winning the PrintWeek Award for Printing Company of the Year in 2015.

What is the greatest strength of your printing firm?
My highly motivated and experienced team.

Which print technology, according to you, is the future? Why?
Digital, because of its clarity, speed and flexibility.

If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
I would prefer an automated pre-press workflow system.

A technology or a thought process you think is a passé for 21st Century press?
We must focus on using recycled paper at an economical price. We may face severe pulp shortage in future.

What do you most value in your customers?
My customers understand when we face a problem in price or delivery in a particular situation.

Describe your day in two sentences?
My day goes tracking pending customer samples and orders. Identifying new customers and paying attention to them is also important. I spend time looking into that as well.
