SS Associates in Coimbatore finds opportunity to expand its screen operation
Coimbatore-based SS Associates has found an opportunity to expand its screen print operations with the installation of Grafica's 30x40 inch Accu-Speed fully automatic flatbed screen printing machine along with inline UV curing and Jet Air combo unit.

SS Associates in Coimbatore finds opportunity to expand its screen operation
The machine will be used to print on rigid and semi rigid substrate to produce advertising materials. The firm caters to corporate clients, dealers, small and big vendors and is engaged in producing stickers, indoor and outdoor advertising and promotional material on rigid board (sunboard) and flute board (sunpack).
The Accu-Speed buy is the second Grafica machine at SS Associates, the first being a 20x30 inch Cam-Shell machine from the same manufacturer.
K Sathyanarayanan, one of the three partners at the firm, said. "We needed a machine which has the capability of delivering faster output with consistent production and quality to produce prints on the type of work we are doing."
He added: "The Accu-Speed has, since its installation, helped us to better manage continuous operations."
The decade old firm began operation with manual screen printing method and continued until 2007.
"We saw a live demo of Grafica’s Cam-Shell at an exhibition and decided to buy it, and move to automation," said Shameer Ahamed, the other partner of the firm. "Since then we have made progress adding new clients and sectors. Today, we cater to steel, food, telecommunication, textile and garments sectors."
Besides the screen printing equipment, SS Associates is also equipped with offset presses. The partners are planning to take our company to the next level of growth and success.
"We are planning to expand our activities across Tamil Nadu," said a beaming Sathyanarayanan.
