PrintWeek Iindia Directory 2011 set for end of the year release

Work on the second edition of the PrintWeek India Directory (2011) - is almost complete. It will be published and distributed along with the 31 December issue of PrintWeek India.

The Directory was first initiated and published in 2010. In its very first edition, the directory enlisted 746 print companies. The activities of the firms were categorised either under service providers or manufacturers and suppliers, with a number of sub-categories to choose from.

Priya Iyer, the group ad manager for PrintWeek India and Campaign India, said: "PrintWeek India Directory 2011, has incorporated the advancements of the print industry in the form of specific sub-categories, not to mention the massive enlistment of of 1009 print companies, inclusive of 57 advertisers." Another key feature of this pocket-sized book is that it will be made accessible on the internet too.

Iyer added: "PrintWeek India is committed to the Directory - and the third edition in 2012 will look at an increase in both the number of the listings as well as the categories. This would enable a more precise and in-depth coverage of various sections of a growing print industry."
