My biggest achievement is the confidence of my people

My family is attached to the printing industry, due to which I was appointed here as admin for Spectrum’s Vasai plant. Slowly and steadily, I got inspired by different types of printing, such as screen, offset and digital. Gradually, I stared learning the details.

As a head of purchase and admin, I take care of entire purchase and production planning for Spectrum Scan. I streamline the whole process to get the best out of men, material and machine.

I have learnt that screen printing is one of the most versatile in printing process, in which you can produce remarkable results which are sometimes not possible by any other process. I see a bright future for screen printing in India. I feel proud that Spectrum is one of the leading screen printers in India. Spectrum has won maximum number of awards from various platforms for screen printing.

I had received a trophy in recognition of being the best employee. The biggest achievement in my entire journey with Spectrum has been the confidence and trust of my people.
