Ideal Design in Bengaluru is a sister concern of Dubai-based Ideal Design, which was established in 1997 as a fabrication unit specialising in POP displays and signages. Over the years, the company has focused on converting variety of substrates such as wood, sheet metal and plastic thermo-forming into POP structures.

The Zund digital cutter installed at Ideal's Bengaluru facility is equipped with the routing and milling facility and static as well as electric oscillating knivies. According to Sanjib Baruah, sales manager, South Asia, Zund India, with the new G3, we can offer our customers the most productive and the - fully multifunctional machine on the market. "No matter whether the requirements involve simple trimming, kiss-cutting to a liner, routing, creasing, or complex contour-cutting — the new G3 cutter is always up to the task and guarantees optimal productivity," added Baruah.

"The sleek, integrated workstation also provides secure storage space for cutting modules and tools. With the V-Cut tool, rigid stock up to 16mm thick can be made foldable with angle-cuts from 0 to 45 degrees. The high-resolution Zund ICC camera attaches directly to the carriage system and works interchangeably with all cutting/routing modules and tools," concluded Baruah.
